New Release - Second Chance in Winter

Another new release! I'm so happy to finally get this story out. I would have had it out sooner, but being down over a week with the flu really put me behind on it. When I felt better, I was really happy to get back to it. Here it is - Second Chance in Winter.

How did the man who did me wrong all those years ago end up looking hotter than sin? Even worse is my attraction to him is stronger now than ever.

Claire

After a humiliating experience in high school, I left the small town I grew up in behind for good. That is until I’m offered a job nearby and my dad would be disappointed if I didn’t stay with him. Everything is going great until I run into the man who helped humiliate me all those years ago. Logan is the last person I want to see. Ever. Except, he is even hotter now than he was in school. In fact, he is everything I could want in a man. I don’t want to be this attracted to him, but I am. Only I don’t think I could survive him breaking my heart again.

Logan

I didn’t want to move back to this small crummy town, but here I am. Working on a project I couldn’t refuse. That is when I run into Claire. The woman I couldn’t protect all those years ago in high school. The woman I’ve never forgotten or never will. Now I have a second chance with her. A chance to set everything right and make her mine forever. Only this time, I won’t let anyone tear us apart again.

Second Chance in Winter is a short, sweet and steamy second chance romance. Enjoy!
Available at AMAZON for $.99 or free in Kindle Unlimited.

New Release - Guard My Body

Another new release! I'd hoped to have this one out by the end of June, but it just didn't work out that way. Hot weather set in, which always makes me a bit lethargic. Then there was a holiday. While I didn't have big plans for the Fourth of July this year, I took it a little easy and enjoyed the holiday. With that said, I present to you: Guard My Body - A Short Bodyguard Romance I had a lot of fun writing this one. I can only hope you have just as much fun reading it. Enjoy!   A dive bar, a broken elevator, and a man hotter than any fantasy. What could go wrong? Madison Being a writer is not at all what I thought it would be. Writing about crappy restaurants and dumpy hotels is not the life I imagined. Then again, I get stuck in a hotel elevator with a man hotter than sin. Who turns out to be interested in me. Except, it is just my luck to lose him as quickly as I found him. Will I ever see him again? Considering my bad luck, I doubt it. Jackson One unpleasant job ...

New Release - Faking it at Christmas

At last I have finished and released the 3rd story in the Holiday Wishes Series! I was so excited to finally do this story. Nothing like a short Christmas romance to get in the holiday spirit. So without further ado, I present Faking it at Christmas - A fake relationship, that of course always leads to more. Hope you enjoy reading it! MAKE A WISH UPON A SNOWFLAKE DURING THE HOLIDAYS AND IT MIGHT COME TRUE! Violet My boss has told me I have to attend the company Christmas party this year. My single male co-workers endlessly hit on me. I’ve no desire to date anymore, been there, done that, no thanks. I wish for a fake boyfriend for my party. After I make that wish, I run right into a hot guy, who also says he needs a fake girlfriend for the holidays. Like, what are the odds? These things don’t really happen. Now, if only I can keep my heart from doing its little flip-flops when I’m near this man, everything will be okay. Right? Liam I love my single life. No girlfriend in my fut...

Blogs - Why I Love Them and Why I Want to Do More

I like blogs. I read several almost daily. Most of the ones I read are by authors, but I read other kinds of blogs as well. Some blogs have helped me. For example, when I decided knitting a pair of socks was a great idea, I found a blog to help me figure out the stitches for the heel of the sock. Or when I decided to dual boot my laptop with Linux, while retaining Windows. Although, I'm not sure why, I've never really logged into my Windows partition. Oh well. The point is the info on a blog was there to help me. As some of you know I'm not big on social media. I've never understood Facebook and honestly, I'm not sure I ever will. To some extent I do, but mostly I don't. I feel like everybody is shouting, "Hey, look at me, and here's my views on this and that, today I'm upset at this other thing, and oh by the way this is what I had for breakfast with photos." I can live my life without that madness. Once upon a time, I did try to be active o...
